As I have gained so much from the retreat experience myself, I am now happy to assist Frances and Sophie to help others, to hopefully have, the same incredibly uplifting and life changing experience that I have had over the last few years. I have now been appointed Retreat Manager and I can't wait to be immersed in that nurturing, peaceful and supportive space again.
