EFT : Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT  or tapping, is a very powerful and effective self-help tool which can be easily learnt and practised at home by the client.  The technique works by combining gentle touch with fingertips at meridian end points on the face, hand and body, while focusing on an issue we wish to resolve.
