Reiki

Reiki is a natural form of healing energy which is safe, non-invasive, gentle yet powerful and activated by intention.  Reiki works at every level - mind, body and emotions.  Treatments can be given seated or laying down and sessions are usually half to one hour.  During a session the practitioner gently places their hands on or over the body. There is no need to remove any clothing as the Reiki energy easily passes through all materials.

Rei - means Universal        Ki -  means Energy (Life Force Energy)
